Vacation Fresh Fish Tacos

Fresh fish from Charter

Bag of Mixed shredded cabbage (you can use it raw or quick pickle it, see Quick Pickled Slaw)

Jar of Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing & Dip (in the produce section)

Tortillas (flour or corn)

Rice, ready to heat in bag

Optional: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese

Grill fish, see Captain Greg’s Grilled Fish, pull fish meat off. 

Heat rice

Assemble tacos

Serve with rice and tortilla chips
