Dock Shocker Grilled Fish


Captain Greg's favorite easy grilled fish recipe. A wonderful easy way to enjoy your catch from a Dock Shocker Chater! See recipe below

Tip's from the Captain

Black Sea Bass: cook fast and be careful of some small bones. Great for fish tacos.
Grouper and Red Snapper: slightly longer to cook

Prepare favorite summer beverage to sip on while grilling. Heat grill on medium.
Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet (this helps in transferring on and off the grill), turn up edges on all four sides. Spray lightly with cooking spray.

Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel.
Place fish skin side down on foil. Place some pats of butter along fish. Season fish. (Captain Greg’s favorites include, Kinder’s salt, pepper and garlic or buttery steakhouse season mixes)

Turn grill heat down to low.
On aluminum foil place fish on grill.
Grill until fish pull apart easily with a fork and is “flaky”, do not over cook.
Squeeze of lemon or sprinkle lemon with lemon juice.
